Broom Aquarius Speed Boat 140hp 3l Mercruiser Inboard

Hi, For sale is our Broom Aquarius Speed Boat with a inboard 3L mercruiser engine with 140hp four cyclinder. Boat is in original unfaded smooth gel coat. Upholstery and carpets in good condition. Reason for sale is looking for a larger boat. There is also a cover for the boat (faded and repaired but perfectly usable) which covers the entire boat. The boat also has a bilge pump and the petrol tank is plastic which holds aprox 52litres with electronic fuel gauge on the dash. The dash consists of oil pressure, speedometer, rev counter, fuel gauage and a Garmin depth sounder which tells you how deep the water below the boat is which is extremely helpful and also tells you the water temperature. All the gauges light up. The lighting board which was new in 2010 is included which fits onto the purpose made bars which slide out of the rear of the trailor which means no bodgy tieing onto the back of the boat when transporting. The boat is perfect for water skiing, wake boarding, do-nutting etc. It holds five people comfortably and a v hull which is extremely fast and handles extremely well. On the rear of the boat is a flip down boarding ladder. As you can see from the pictures the trailor is a Snipe, galvanised, roller coaster type with 32rollers. It is a very good trailor which make the boat easy to launch into the water as well as putting back on. The axle, all braking gear and front hitch was all replaced on the 03/05/2010 and all is very good perfect working order. After every use every part of the trailor is washed right down including inside and drums and re greased. The winch is in good working order and was fitted with a new a launching strap in 2011. The tyres are in good condition with plenty of tread and life left in them as well as a spare wheel.Work carried out on boat in the time we have owned it which is since April 2010: Anode was replaced in 2010 and still plenty of life on it A new water pump fitted May 2010 A new water pump belt was fitted in 2011 Gimbal bearing was changed 2011 The Rochester Carburettors were serviced on May 2011 A new rocker box cover gasket was fitted in April 2011 A new water thermostat was replaced in April 2011 A new water impeller was replaced in April 2011 A new oil pressure sender was replaced in April 2011 A new alternator was fitted last season which is the proper marine type with spark guards etc. Battery through winter months always left on a conditioner charger All work above was carried out so we had trouble free fun summers on the speed boat. Which each job the relevant gaskets were changed. I have all the receipts for the above works and only used genuine parts such as Quiksilver oils, filters etc. After every use the engine is flushed through and sprayed in wd40 as well as washing the whole boat down as well as the whole trailer and running gear. Before each winter the boat is winterised by running antifreeze through it. Also the fuel tank is emptied and a special fogging oil used to protect the engine as well as various other methods to protects everything such as removing brake lines etc. The engine and stern drive oil and filter were changed at the end of each season.
