When I previously listed this boat for sale in working condition, I went to show some interested people around her and unfortunately she developed a fault on the engine that will need looking at. I simply don’t have the time to deal with it. I am not a mechanic however based on how the engine is behaving it seems to me that the starter motor has been out of alignment from the flywheel and as such has knocked the flywheel hard a few times which has damaged the flywheel bearings causing the loud banging noise when the engine is running. I have included a video of this for prospective buyers to see. This may not be the issue but is my educated guess. She was running fine a couple of weeks ago which again is shown in the videos. She is therefore being sold as a non-runner and will need a buyer prepared to tow her from her current mooring and arrange lift out / storage / transport. I want to be as comprehensive but also as honest as possible in this advert. I am selling my Bayliner as unfortunately our kids just haven’t taken to the water as we would expect and I dont have the time to use her.
