For sale is a Picton Speedboat with a 25hp suzuki outboard, engine model DT25. The engine hasnt been used in some time but started a couple of days ago and ran fine in neutral with the prop in a tank of water.I am getting an electrician to check over the electrics this week and make sure everything is in working order still. Picton Speedmaster Welcome to the auction for my Picton Speedmaster. I have owned the boat for 4 years and has been great fun. It has a high power to weight ratio meaning its acceleration and speed is superb. The boat gets up on the plane within seconds and can pull multiple skis or ringos. It reaches 40mph+ The boat has power tilt and trim. There is a trim gauge, speedometer, rev counter, clock and volt meter. There is a bilge pump and navigation lights all controlled from the dashboard. The boat also has a Sony CD/Radio. There is a ski pole which works well. The interior is four years old and has no rips, tears or weathering. The boat is ready to go and is in good condition for its age. All you need is fuel! I believe the boat and engine are from early 90’s As you can imagine for a boat of this age, there a few scratches and scrapes to the hull, however nothing serious. The trailer is fully functional and roadworthy but a little tatty. I have placed a few personal videos below to show the boat in action. The engine is in great condition and has had it’s gearbox oil changed earlier this year. The engine is oil injected so you do not need to mix the two stroke oil in by hand. All electrics are working as they should, except the fuel gauge as there is no sender unit in the new fuel tank.
