Fletcher 14 Arrowflyte GTO speedboat with Mercury 60hp 2 stroke outboard engine – Great Condition for Age Hull / gel coat is in great condition for its age (circa 1990) with only the few very minor scuffs you’d expect on a used boat. I have always launched and retrieved the boat, and its never been left on mooring to my knowledge, as a result has not been antifouled, and I always wash it down after each use. Equipment included on this Fletcher Arrowflyte include; boarding ladder, trim gauge, speedometer, electric bilge, bow winch eye, bow storage compartment, bow and stern cleats, anchor, chain and rope, ski-pole, nav lights (not connected). The outboard is a 60hp 3 cylinder Mercury, believed to be part of the original package and so same year. It includes power trim/tilt, auto-lube so no pre-mixing required, plus hydro-foils to get her up on the plane even faster. Engine starts and runs well on the key, can be seen running on the muffs (included in the sale), is always flushed after use, and has given good service for the 4 seasons I have had the boat. I have a good amount of service paperwork, had a local engineer service the engine towards the end of last season, and have recently spent another £400 in July ’14 getting her ready for family use this season. Interior wise, there are a few marks on the carpet and seats (which unfold to make sunbeds) as you can see in the pictures. However, nothing that requires attention now or different to that which you’d expect on a boat this age. Given that it also comes with a snipe roller trailer in good condition, making the whole package very easy to launch/retrieve with normal saloon car, plus a winter cover, this would make the ideal first boat for anyone looking to get into boating, which it was for us btw, and I’m only selling as I have bought a part share in a larger rib as my are kids growing up (too) fast. Thanks then for taking the time to look at this auction. I’ve tried to be as honest as possible in line with my good feedback as a buyer/seller on eBay. I’ve included all the information I think you’d need but, if there is anything missing please don’t hesitate to contact me through and I’ll endeavor to answer you as quickly as possible. The boat is not at my home address but you are welcome to view prior to the end of the auction, as I’m available most evenings, and it is only a few minutes away. Few boring bits. The boat is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells. This will be cash on collection only auction. I believe I’ve set the reserve at a sensible, and very reasonable price for a great package that will allow you to get out on, and enjoy the water. Finally, please remember you are bidding to buy, not come and have a look.
